Global Customer Support Engineer

Job description:

Our team is looking for a Systems Engineer who will join the Global Customer Support team and provide 2nd Level Support to our Customers on production systems. In addition he/she will be responsible for the UAT (customer acceptance test) environment preparation, either onsite or remotely. He / She will also assure maximum level of support on incident resolution, provide feedback on escalations and comply with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Finally, he/she will design, document and create the tools that will assist in troubleshooting.
